Here’s a scenario you’ve likely been in before: You found a must-have fashion piece on our website. You scroll down to take a gander at the size chart and description, only to realize you fall in between two sizes. What happens next? (Hint: We hope it’s TrueFit!)

Many of our customers choose to purchase both, so they can try them on at home and return their second choice within 30 days. But there’s a better way! Introducing TrueFit, the latest feature on TSC.ca to help you determine your perfect size in 8 easy steps!

Step 1:

Find the red TrueFit logo above the sizing menu and click on WHICH SIZE FITS ME?

Note: TrueFit feature only appears on eligible garments and footwear.

Step 2:

Click GET STARTED.

Note: By clicking, you are confirming that you are over 16 years of age. For privacy and security reasons, only adults are able to create kids profiles under their accounts.

Step 3:

Enter your height, weight and age range and click NEXT.

Step 4:

Enter in or click on a brand you already own and click NEXT.

Step 5:

Select your size in the brand you chose and click NEXT.

Step 6:

Enter your bra size and click NEXT.

Step 8:

Finally, save your TrueFit account by entering in an email and password so your measurements can be saved. Tick off “I am at least 16 years of age” and click SAVE ACCOUNT.

Note: If you click Maybe Later, your size information will be saved as long as you don’t clear your cookies and use the same device and browser.

And voilà! You’ve got your size and fit recommendations. Don’t fret if the Overall Fit check is off center, this is where preference plays in. In this example, a small would fit slightly snug on my body. Since the dress is semi-fitted, I’ll stick with the TrueFit recommendation knowing it’ll fit slightly tighter on my figure than the model’s!
