There is nothing more satisfying than purchasing something you love and adore! And why not? You work hard for the things you want, and you should be 100% happy with your products. Here at TSC, we want you to absolutely cherish your purchase! So, fear not, if you’ve received your item and the love has come and gone like a teenage summer fling, TSC has you covered with our easy online pre-filled returns label option!

To initiate a return, here are four easy steps to follow.

Please ensure you have a printer so you may print your label at the end of the steps.

Step 1:

Sign into your account. Once completed, click on “My Account” where you’ll notice a new button labeled “Return Items.”

Note: next to the “Return Item” button, you’ll notice a “Return By” date, which is your deadline for returning items. This is the day a return must be received at our warehouse. If it is grayed out, the return timeframe has passed, and the item cannot be returned. As per TSC’s return policy, you have 30 days from the time the order is received to return your item in the original packaging, with all parts and in the same condition as you initially received it.

For our drop-ship orders (items shipping from our vendors directly to you) and orders shipped via a carrier other than Canada Post, please follow the instructions provided with your shipment or call customer service at 1-888-2020-888 to initiate a return.

Step 2:

Click on the “Return Item” button; you will be prompted to select items you wish to return. Once your item(s) are selected, you will be provided with a dropdown menu to indicate the reason for your return. Click to select the appropriate reason for return. Once you have completed this process, please click “Continue” to move on to Step 3.

Note:  You may only return 4 items per shipping label.

Step 3:

You will be asked to review your selections; you can make changes to your return by clicking the “Change” button.  If you are satisfied with your choices, proceed to click the “Generate Label” button.

Note:  If the order was shipped to an address other than the billing address on the account, both the shipment and billing address will be displayed. If the order was shipped to the same address as the billing address on the account, only one address will be displayed.

Step 4:

Print label! A return label will be downloaded within the browser, where you may open it to print your label as many times as you wish.

And Voilà! An easy way to return your items, because if you don’t absolutely love it… return it!
